Territory Control: What you may have missed

Post by RAJ-rios on Tue Aug 27, 2013 12:04 am

First and most importantly, for the Europeans that claim day before month is the only way to write dates,
the ISO standard agreed upon by the scientific community of the world disagrees with you.  The description for this thread remains.

With that out of the way we can get to the less important stuff, like our new conquest strategies and such.

I'll be writing this in brief due to a wrist injury and lack of interest in repeating it all a 5th time today.

Guild leaders and SiC's will be privy to crating special strike teams in secret, that will be attacking prisms and making the more important territories vulnerable for us to reclaim.  I've charged Pirate-Bay as General and lead organizer of this task with assistance from other enthusiastic guild leaders.

Once we have weakened these areas, the entire alliance will be informed of KOTH times and encouraged to participate.  we will only be attacking key territories that would benefit our members the most, so a lot of useless areas will be ignored.  Let Guard keep the crappy places.  Some that were mentioned as high priority were Frigost, Zoth, Fungus caverns, and Village.

The secrecy will eliminate the chances of spies intervening in our plans, as well as reduce the odds of planned and dirty fighting from Guard's less... honorable players.  This in no way means that others are not free to for their own teams.  In fact, it is encouraged.

In return for the help for appearing in KOTH to areas that may be out of the level range for some of our newer members (such as level 30s coming to fungus caverns to help out), I am happy to coordinate the attack and domination of a few select lower level areas if it would benefit a large populace.  Places that come to mind are pandala and tainella, if enough members need these areas.

That's enough for now, post your comments below.

I think this is a very worthy solution. Having out own version of WikiLeaks makes it very hard to get the jump on the competition. Guard is tough, we will have to be tougher and smarter. There are a lot of good players on both sides and we have the numbers so it should be managed with a bit of work. Smile

I promote this.
I'll be running with Topi, Sjena, Ceci, and shieldale to take on some Guard prisms and percs.
