Xpower

hey guyz,

first of all i realy wanted you to know that we've had a problem with a allie named xpower, and this problem can maybe happen to one of another allie, so it was deemed necessary to inform you about this



so it all happened when burknus and xpower agreed with exhanging account against some kamas and yes,xpower sells 2 accounts to burknuss. burknuss gave him a item worth of 13 mk  in exhange and 1 of that account xpower gived him that for free cause burknuss crafted some gear for him. and burknuss found out later that his chars has been raided/looted. and burknus obviously was in shock and was getting mad at him, so he cursed at him that he stole his items and stuff. And xpower replied that he cant curse at him and that he doesnt tolerate cursing, so xpower decides to punish burknus with permanenty steeling his chars back witouth giving his item worth of 13mk. 
i have proof/screenshots that he accepts the 13 mk that he exhanged against those accounts and after that burknusses accounts has been stolen that he wont give that 13 mk either,xpower said some humilating words about the item also.so he ripped him off

Something should be done about this.  He should be dealt with.

It seems to be the case that xpower didn't follow through with his part of the deal.

However both were breaking the terms of service by agreeing on trading accounts, and from Ankamas point of view account cannot change ownership. 

Buurknuss acted naive and decided to go through with a trade that was sketchy from the beginning, it's kinda silly to demand for refunds when both were breaking the rules.

If I was xpower I'd probably think "this could potentially be seen by ankama, worst case scenario is both would get banned" and just refund the money and hope everybody forgets about it. Personally I think both did wrong and should live with the consequences.

i dont say that buurknus is right, and yes burknuss did wrong too as well ass xpower cause they broke the rules of ankama, but first of all, 
1.Xpower broke the rules at first by selling it to buurknuss.
2.Xpower took  the char back afterwards by not standing on his words.
3.Xpower didn't want to give the money back to him wich he exhanged with

so it seems more like that xpower broke  3 rules of honesty and more..

and burknuss exceeded the rules of ankama and is the victim of scamming. so its not a fair result. also me personally dont want  to support scammers that are part of our alliance that has people like stormxpower. i want this to be handled fairly.

I've deleted the last post. Please stay on topic about what happened between Xpower and Burknuss, and please don't call each other liars, but post your version of truth.

Xstorm refused to reply and his guild has left Aeon. I hope we will all learn from this and stay clear of activities that put our accounts at risk.

Did anyone even bother reading the screenshots?
Cause well... I tried and couldn't make any sense of it. If you trust the translation it suggests something went wrong about some sort of transaction or past sharing experience or whatever...

I don't know turkish (which apparently is the language they're speaking) and while I know it's not exactly the best, my friend Google Translate contradicts some of the original poster's translations starting on the very first screenshot.

Example: "parayı gerı vermem" translates into "I give the money back" and not "I dont give the money back" as is shown.

I mean... I know Google fails sometimes, but that's kinda hard to miss.
Not that I can make any sense of the conversation, but that right there invalidated the whole screenshots/translation for me.

Also... who is burknuss? And what is Jaqu doing in the midst of all this?


I can't quite judge on something that's not the very least clear to me. Not that this matters much, since it's already been dealt with but ok.

I didn't verify the translation, and I realized that it was one sided coming from the accuser. That's why I asked Storm-Xpower to reply and tell his side of the story. He would not, and told me "it's not necessary". Later, he demanded that I kick Jaqu-Oo from the alliance or his guild would leave.

Even if there's dispute as to whether the exchange was "fair", trading an account itself is against the terms of service, and since Xpower was unwilling to offer any explanation, I couldn't see any other outcome to this.

Although I am not active in Alliance, and should keep quiet be it known that three people told me they warned others about Xpower scamming or if ya want to put it in better text...about his dishonesty and lack thereof of keeping his word and refusing to man up with agreements.

I also read carefully Furkan's screen shots and was shown the translations.  I trust what was written to be the truth.

This is a derogatory word  ' sucker property'
