Joining Aeon

Aeon's current requirements are:

The guild must be at least 1 month old.
Average guild member level must be at least 120.
The guild must have at least 30 members.
The guild members agree to follow Aeon's rules.
The guild leader or at least one of the guild's second-in-commands must be able and willing to communicate with other Aeon guild leaders through the forum and in game.

There are guilds in Aeon that don't meet these requirements, but that is usually because they were accepted before the new requirements were in place.

If a guild meets these requirements, the leader or a SiC of the guild needs to follow these instructions to apply to Aeon:

1. Register on this forum.
2. Through this link, post your application for review. Please make sure your application answers the following questions.

Please introduce yourself and your guild.
Please paste a link to your guild's page on the Dofus website. You can find it by searching from http://www.dofus.com/en/mmorpg/community/directories/guild-pages .
What are the average level, number of members, and number of level 190+ characters in your guild?
When was your guild created? What can you say about your guild's history and background?
If you are still in another alliance or recently left one, please explain your reasons for leaving.
Why are you considering Aeon?
What specific benefits can you bring to Aeon?
At what times of day (in DUT or GMT) are your guild members most active?

The alliance council may ask further questions in your application post, and if the application is acceptable, allow you to proceed to the next step.

3. After the alliance council approves the application and add you to the Diplomats forum group, post your application in public by starting a topic in the applications area.
4. Monitor your application and be ready to respond to questions or concerns.

The application will be announced to Aeon guild leaders and SiCs. Everyone will be able to read the application, and current Aeon guild leaders and SiCs will be able to reply. The application will stay open for at least 72 hours. The support and concerns of existing alliance members will influence the decision of whether to accept the guild.

We apologize if this procedure seems complicated, but given that Aeon already has the highest number of guilds and members on the server, we think it is important to consult current members' informed opinion, and to ensure that new guild leaders/SiCs are willing and able to communicate with us.
