I don't really see the issue here ._. I think there were topics about lyis before but I honestly don't see what he did wrong from these screens.

well if i had to guess it would be the "how come when i say black people deserve to be slaves..." and the "like you give a damn nigga please" both of which i dont think are alliance chat worthy. but like i said, i wasnt there, my friend and SiC was and asked me to post it for him as he isnt able to yet

When he talks about the basketball coach thing it seems like a current event thing or something; I don't know I'm not familiar with it, but just that statement by itself doesn't seem so bad. People spam /a with stuff that's much more pointless. As for using the "n" word, I personally don't ever use it, but for some people, it is part of their everyday means of expression. He used it once and in a somewhat common phrase. It was more dismissive than aggressive in any case :/ It actually seems like that was an issue that was really important to him tbh and one that he didn't want to trivialize, his pms really showcase that. At least thats how it looks to me 

Indeed there were previous complaints about Lyis like here, but I tend to agree with Duos-Bandaid on this. If someone continually makes racial comments, making people want to turn off /a, I would ask them to stop and/or try to get them muted or more. But for occasional comments like that, it may be best to ignore them.

It could be a different story if you were dealing with one of your own guild members, or when I or an alliance chat moderator were acting. The responsibility and "power" that we have in those cases make the difference. But even then, I would be careful to not start an argument in /a, when my goal is to keep /a clean and peaceful.

My problem here was only the fact he continued you a rude way after being nicely to stop and he personally messaged me regarding it using the word just to be a rude. I would of let it slide but to have to personally take time out of your life just to try to piss someone off come on.. My only two cents

So yeah, it annoyed me this guy was in alliance already due to his history.. (He is Beta, very racist person, harasses girls in the game and has also been linked to scamming people in the past). Annoyed me today with how he was talking to a friend within the alliance:

Also found out that Amine-Maksi was in my enemy list, which is very hard to get in, so pretty sure that this guy often does things we don't want.

He does have a history or being annoying, and I will ask for him to be temporarily muted as punishment.

However, I think he likely would have shut up if you were more polite than "can we have amine muted?" in /a. Saying he is a scammer escalated it--if you have evidence, you are welcome to post it in our or impsvillage's scammer registry, but bringing it up in /a like this is not a good idea. Finally, people other than alliance chat moderators still need to post screenshots in these complaints.

I am sorry for the inconvenience i have taken his right to speak in /a away.

If this person has a history of bad talk it's good to have /a chat (temporary) removed.

However on screens posted here, I dont see anything bad either... he was just asking a question, I think the reaction to that is more offending then the question he started with.

Also to consider there was an evening of a whole lot of soccer talk in the chat. A well I thought it's a sport that lives among a lot of people so nevermind I dont care about that match at all. As long as it is not every day.

The option to social talk in /a chat should be possible as long as it doesn't escalate.
