I just asked politely and then just pointed out in PM keys are on market, he immediatly ignored me. I dont think that is a way of communicatie alliance rules, if you just block people who are pointing them out to you.

He doesnt speak english very well, he is from Chile and language barriers can affect a lot, i will speak to him.
