Not entirely accurate, it is acceptable to buy/trade if they are fully out of stock in the market place. 

However, being warned and then doing it again. :/

the person should mention it is out of stock though.

I saw him/her buying wabbit hairs a few hours before the original post but understood the market was out of stock. When I checked the market after I saw the post above there were none in market. Unsure unless someone checked at the time.

I find it more interesting they hint that the rule should be different for f2p. Either way I will keep an eye out for him/her when I am online as there usually aren't other chat moderators on then. Thanks for the heads-up.

Errr, I don't know where you looked, but I had Wabbit hairs in sell for a long time.
