This person has been asked to stop using trade channel for his arches, as they are in fact on the market most of the time, earlier on he told he just didn't want to pay the market price for it. Even an offer that was send to him was denied, because although it was lower then market price he stil didn't want to pay that price.

So besides using /a chat as trade channel for items that are on market, he also denies offers when offerd when it still is not cheap enough, unlucky I dont have screens of that, but now i saw him in /a chat with his arches multiple times already, and when he was asked to stop, he just told to put of /a chat if didn't liked.

Well i think that was the whole point of this rule, because of preventing that people will turn of /a chat if there is a lot of trading in /a chat.

I am going to ask his rights be returned now as I believe he has been punished enough for a little misdemeanor like this.  I spoke to him too about breaking the rules.  He's a good player and normally not a rule breaker.  Maybe he was a little nuisance as he has been working all day everyday on EH lately and getting anxious to finish it.
