Welcome
Thank you for using Aeon's forum. Please make sure to read and follow our rules.
You are welcome to register in order to gain access to some useful parts of the forum. We especially recommend it if you are a guild leader or second-in-command. In that case we will add your account to the Leaders and SiCs group. This will allow you to give input on alliance policies, and monitor for complaints on alliance members, who could happen to be in your guild.
If you would like to join Aeon with your guild, please read about our requirements and application procedure.

Information and instructions for (especially new) guild leaders and SiCs
Having around 100 guilds makes it all the more important for Aeon guilds to communicate and cooperate with each other. Here are some things that guild leaders and second-in-commands should know. Please share it with other SiCs in your guild, and feel free to reply with any suggestions or questions.
Rules
As a guild leader or second-in-command, you should inform guild members about alliance rules, and cooperate in enforcing them. Of course you should also follow them, and hold your own behavior to higher standards.
Forum
I encourage all guild leaders and second-in-commands to register on the forum to improve communication. Once registered, you can ask to join the "Guild Leaders and SiCs" group, which will let you give input on new guild applications and other alliance matters on the forum. If you are already in this group, your name on the forum should look like this.
We have a directory for guilds to post contact information to their leadership.
If someone repeatedly creates problems in /a, they may be reported in the complaints section. Please watch this forum section in case there is a problem with one of your guild members.
Some people who have proven to be persistent annoyances are added to our blacklist. Please do not invite them to your guild.
Guild member rights
Make sure that only trusted second-in-commands have the right to "Place or change an alliance prism".
The alliance leader cannot directly mute a spammer/troll in /a. Instead guild leaders/SiCs control their members' right to "Speak in the Alliance channel".
Prisms
We usually do not capture low level areas that do not offer teleportation benefits, for example "____'s Quarter" in Bonta/Brakmar.

I would like to be added to the "Guild Leaders and SiCs" group. That's if this option is still available. I am a trusted SiC of Nox Atra.
